Our machines have a normalised electro-welded steel structure to ensure the maximum rigidity necessary during rolling operations.
The part that we call the "head" of the machine, onto which the main mechanical transmission parts are to be installed, is always finished with grinding operations to ensure absolute precision during the assembly of the different mechanisms.
In flat die machines, the aluminium slide is lined with high strength steel plates obtained by milling and subsequent grinding on CNC machines.
The slide is then further finished in tempered steel.
The different types of machines that we offer differ in construction according to the production they are to perform.
Our range :
Flat dies threading machines - RP
To thread from diameter of 1 to a diameter of 30 with the possibility of tool height of up to 300 mm.
Divided into :
- Single feeding machines with one punch
- dual with two punches and a separator unit
- combined feeding with 3 punches
Our 2 or 3 punch feeding machines are purely mechanical and this prevents any phase shifts between them and the kinematics of the machine.
Roller and segment rotary threading machines - RS
These differ from flat die machines as they have different kinematics and fit different tools.
To deform pieces, they use a different central spindle, on which 1 threading roller and 1 segment are assembled on the tool holder. The screw to be threaded is fed between them by means of a feeder slide.

Rolling machines for nails
Equipped with a system similar to our RS or rotary but with a simple, high performance mechanical construction, offering the possibility to vary the number of feeds in synchronism with the spindle.
Screw+washer or screw+bushing coupling systems
Our washer/bushing loading machines are automatic assembly systems composed of 150/200/300 mm diameter carousels to allow for loading of micro-washers up to a washer diameter of 60 mm.
The mechanics of these units are managed electronically via PLC with logics which ensures the total absence of production waste.
Chamfering unit for creating chamfers and points on the screw shank which can be combined with rolling machines in modular versions or can be supplied as single, independent machines.
Our system performs pointing operations by locking the screw and removing material using tools installed on a rotary spindle.

Loading and stud bolt and headless part
These are modules which can be applied to rolling machines to allow for automatic loading and orientating of studs by mean of mechanical selection systems that ensure high production speed.
Loading / elevator systems
Vertical flighted elevator loading machines with our exclusive belt system screw orientating system. The vertical flighted climb system is managed by anti-jamming logic.
Modular control carousels in the production line
Carousels equipped with laser sensors to measure pieces, ensuring a 100% product quality check.
Since they are modular, they can be added or applied to any machine or production line.
Combined machines (modular)
SMachines obtained from the combination of the various previously presented modules, allowing for example the implementation of pointing, washer loading and final screw threading in a single step without having to load and unload parts to be worked, since all processing takes place in tandem.
This allows user customers to perform further processing simultaneously to threading/rolling operations .
Reducing production times increases the profit margin on the final product.
Different module combinations are available according to the processing to be obtained on the final product.
Each module is bypassable so as to exclude any unnecessary processing
